Andy Elsbury, President

Andy is the Founder and President of SelectionWare. Andy started SelectionWare after experiencing both sides of the custom home business being a consultant for several builders and also becoming a home buyer.

Andy also teaches classes focused on helping builders to better run their business at symposiums and builder associations nationwide. Alan S. of Charlotte stated "I never realized my potential until attending Andy's class, his points seem too logical". Most builders attending classes rate the material as excellent and that it will improve their business.

Andy Elsbury has over 17 years of management experience with high growth and start-up businesses in the fields of technology development, residential construction, home electronics, consulting, sporting goods and medical manufacturing. Consulting for builders and building custom homes gives him a first hand knowledge of the needs of custom builders. His experience as CEO of OMC Precision Products (Paragon Medical) and other companies gives him a unique perspective on success. He presently holds three US patents and multiple copyrights.

Andy Elsbury has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA, all from the University of Illinois. Andy is a member of the following:

Andy lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three children.

Jon Hooyenga, Training Coordinator

Jon is training coordinator for SelectionWare. Responsibilities include managing the training and customer support staff.

Jon has 6 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the real estate and finance industries. His experience gives him skills to do the training, as well as lead the staff. He effectively communicates at all levels with clients. He is also responsible for product enhancements given his close proximity to our users.

Jon enjoys training builders and helping them find new ways to improve their business, while making a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved. He has helped many builders not only learn to effectively use SelectionWare, but also discover more efficient and accurate ways to manage their company and customer interaction.

Jon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. His hobbies include wake boarding, snow boarding and most outside activities. He lives in Indianapolis with his beautiful wife and three dogs.

Hadra Gustafson, Seminar & Events Coordinator

Hadra is responsible for coordinating seminars and developing business partnerships.

Hadra has over 12 years of management experience spanning all core business functions such as project management, business development and operations.

Hadra majored in Business & Communications at Arizona State University and works in our Austin, TX facility. She enjoys the warm weather every chance she gets.
