Sales Representative

We are looking for sales representatives to call directly on custom home builders in select target markets. Current openings include Northern Florida, Southern Florida, Northern California, Southern California, Houston/San Antonio, Phoenix, Atlanta, North and South Carolina, Chicago, Las Vegas, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Denver.

We are looking for candidates who posses the following:

• Professional appearance
• Consultative sales skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent prospecting skills (in person and over the phone)
• Knowledge of home construction business is a plus but not required
• Excellent PC Skills (Will be required for software demonstrations)
• Discipline to work effectively from home based office

Compensation is commission based with expected first year income to be $60,000 2nd year income to exceed $80,000 and 3rd year income in excess of $100,000.
